How to Embody the new earth

This title alone may trigger the fuck out of some people. Who does she think she is to discuss such a topic?

So let me start by saying this: I’m a fellow human. I make mistakes. I have blind spots. You can breathe a little easier and simply receive what it is I’m sharing here.

I am so grateful, truly, for everything in my life. I’ve never felt this way before. For so long I resisted the hardship, the judgment, the challenges, all of it. And now, I’ve finally reached a moment where I fully trust that everything is here for me.

So, how do I embody the New Earth?

Step One: Trust Life

Trust God, Spirit, the Universe, whatever name speaks to you, and trust that life itself has your back.

If you feel deep down that the Earth is ascending and that we are part of her, then you already understand that every single thing happening in this world is part of that ascension. No exceptions.

All our ideas of good and evil, right and wrong, they’re part of the unraveling, part of this grand symphony of our becoming. We’ve worked so hard, for lifetimes. We’ve gone into the dungeons of darkness collectively. We reached that point where humanity said, “if this is life, I no longer want to live”.

We touched the dark night of the soul together.

And now we are on the other side.

It still feels painful sometimes, but that pain is part of the unraveling. It only hurts when we don’t trust. It only hurts when we’re not willing to see ourselves.

When we open, we can breathe again, through the criticism, through the heartbreak. We can lower our defenses and begin to receive one another. We can start to see every being, child, animal, plant, adult, as a teacher.

And in that, we also honor our own emotions. We stop making any part of ourselves wrong.

Step Two: Feel Everything

Allow yourself to fully feel things as they come up in your body.

I know this is difficult for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the world, but you really are going to either need to take time to yourself or just not give a fuck what people think.

I do a bit of both.

I carve out time for practices that allow myself to tune in through meditation to a word that feels most present for me in this moment and then I fully embody that word in whatever way it wants to move, sound, or express through me.

When I have exhausted that word, I feel its counterpart/programming partner (the opposite word that I’m stepping into in frequency) and I give myself full permission to embody that too.

That’s something I do on my own. But there are also times when I allow myself to feel in real time, right in front of another person. My anger, my sadness, my joy, my wildness, my tenderness. All of it is welcome in my world now.

I give less fucks about what people think.

But if you’re not there yet, I truly encourage you to take time alone to feel what it is you’re feeling.

Step Three: Use Your Voice

No one knows how you’re feeling unless you say it.

Stick to the feelings. No need to speak to the judgments unless you want to, but honor that they are just that, judgments and projections. They’re not truths.

What’s most important is how you feel and how you receive what’s happening. That’s all that’s required for you to share in a way that you can actually be heard.

You don’t have to prove your point.

You don’t have to find who is right or wrong.

Just open yourself fully to what wants to be expressed and trust that, whether the person receives it or not, you did your part.

When we honor every part of who we are and speak our truth, we’re more received by others. Because honestly, we’re all living in our own world of perception. A million people can look at the same moment and see a million different things.

So if we’re not transparent about how we feel and what we perceive, how could anyone truly understand us?

This is why we start speaking our truth more and more. We get in touch with how we feel in each moment and let that guide us. That includes reflecting for one another, even when it’s uncomfortable.

I can say, from living it, it feels really fucking uncomfortable at first, then at some point it starts to feel good.

It can be intense. It can be confronting. But my capacity to stay in the present, to breathe through the discomfort, expands every day I choose to.

So I stand here not as a guru, not as a healer, not as an enlightened master, but as a guide. A human who’s walking the talk every single day. Exploring what it means to live in the frequency of the New Earth.

Because honestly, I’m spending most of my days here now.

And I wish the same for you.

It is a beautiful, beautiful world we live in.

Don’t take it from me. Feel it from the inside out.
