Access our Holistic Exchange for sisterhood, Satsang, and wellness at your fingertips. Includes a curated collection of weekly offerings such as yoga, meditation, satsangs, and sacred sisterhood gatherings. Perfect for women seeking grounding practices, soulful connection, and everyday nourishment. This tier is for women who want holistic wellness practices, events, and connected community at their fingertips. The commitment we ask of all members in the holistic exchange is that we actively participate in giving and receiving. Immersive learning experiences to deepen your understanding and exploration of diverse holistic systems. In this tier you’ll have access to all of the benefits in the Holistic Living tier as well as expertly guided group healing experiences and Learning Activations; these are multi-month journeys that awaken your insight, unlock your intuition, and deepen your creative and spiritual power. Members at this level also benefit from discounted prices on special events such as our Odyssey Program (known as the “New Earth Starter Kit”), retreats, and courses offered by our mentors in residence. This tier is for women who want to immerse and activate deeper levels of learning in the esoteric realm with established facilitators, as well as gain access to profound and relevant esoteric and holistic wisdom. For a fraction of their standard rates, you’ll also get access to one-on-one time with our coaches to hone your craft - whether you’re starting a business, planning your first paid offering, or figuring out your next step.

Mastering your modality is only the beginning; there are additional skills and resources that a good practitioner must have in order to build a grounded practice, lead groups, and facilitate transformation in others. This tier is for those looking to develop their confidence as a leader, entrepreneur, space holder, and facilitator. Members at this level receive the benefits of Holistic Living and Immersive Learning while also having access to specialized mastermind workshops and training across a variety of leadership topics designed by and for practitioners of the healing and spiritual arts.

APPRENTICE WITH PURPOSE

Structure and Execute
3-6 month containers, two levels available
For women called to lead and launch. This tier offers direct apprenticeship in your purpose, including supportive one-on-one coaching and program development to support women who wish to step into the next phase of their leadership as a facilitator and guide.
Level 1: Certification in Practice Area (if applicable)

For those seeking to become facilitators in their own right, Eso Terra links you up with certification programs for your chosen modality. You will be paired with a teacher and mentor who will provide the following:

Support in developing and facilitating an offering for the Holistic Exchange, as well as providing feedback

Level 2: Activate Your Purpose (Launch/Lead Your Offerings)

In this container, the Eso Terra community will support you in developing your first or next course, cohort, or retreat, and provide the opportunity to host at our beachside jungle campus in beautiful Costa Rica. This structure serves as an incubator for weekly coaching touchpoints; deep dive purpose sessions; program scoping; and targeted support in program modeling, pricing, and promotion.
