This 7 day retreat (9 days including arrival and departure day) in Eso Terra’s lush jungle sanctuary will awaken your creative genius and reconnect to the vital life force that flows through you within our circle of women devoted to healing, expression, and play.
This retreat is a playground for your inner child and authentic self. It’s a chance to disarm your inner perfectionist, liberate your voice, and discover the joy of creative play as a spiritual practice. Through writing, movement, sound, and play, we’ll explore creativity not only as art-making, but as a way of being alive, expressive, and free.
Together we will journey through the chakras with practices like free-form writing, vocal activation, sound baths, storytelling, and meditation, and break through fear or doubt holding back your creative flow through supportive community and deep dive 1:1 sessions with your co-facilitators.
Uniquely, our program offers space for deep diver personalized attention, group workshops, holistic immersion, and creative play time. Throughout your time with us, you will develop a polished piece of writing, tools to keep your creative waters flowing, and the confidence to express your most authentic voice.
THE RETREAT EXPERIENCE:
Throughout time and across cultures, traditions have pointed to the same truth: Within each of us flows a vital life force energy. Known as prana, chi, kundalini, or soma, this current is inseparable from our creative spark. When it is flowing freely, we feel alive, purposeful, and at peace.
When it is blocked, we can feel stuck, disconnected, or uninspired.
This 7-day retreat at Eso Terra’s lush jungle sanctuary is an invitation to reconnect with your innate creative power the essence of who you are. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live a creative life not just through art-making, but as a way of being.
Through writing, movement, sound, and play, you will awaken the creative channel that longs to move through you.
Each day we’ll engage in practices that bridge the mystical and the practical: Creative and introspective writing, free-form movement, vocal activation, sound baths, group chanting, storytelling circles, and guided meditations.
We’ll journey thematically through the chakras, using their wisdom as doorways into deeper expression.
You’ll be supported with writing prompts, channeled techniques, and opportunities for feedback so that by the end of the retreat, you’ll have at least one polished piece to share with the circle.
Beyond group sessions, you’ll also receive a 1:1 session with co-facilitators Claire and Cat, space to explore what your soul most wants to birth in this season of your life.
These sessions will help you break through whats been holding back your authentic expression; and clarify what medicine you want to bring to the world through your radient and unbound expression.
You will also have time to explore the local area of Playa Chiquita and Puerto Viejo, including beaches, waterfalls, and vibrant shops.
