This unique moment in history requires a new type and tempo of leadership -- grounded, heart-connected and balanced -- birthed through reflective pause, nervous system regulation, healing, community and ultimately trust in one’s True self and inner voice.
In response, at Eso Terra we are calling in and cultivating a new paradigm of movement builders with profound emotional resilience and resonance; embodying uncompromising integrity and authentic expression.

We seek to normalize access to healing, self-inquiry and self-love - in particular for young women and girls who see themselves as change-makers. We do this by co-creating profound community, exploratorium opportunities, and micro-exchange possibilities across generations and geographies.
We ultimately aim to resource personal and social liberation movements of integrity and heart-centered change makers, grounded in esoteric wisdom, serenity, and wild dreams.
