For anyone interested in developing their own personal, unique health practice:
The Wellness Game is similar to Tarot in that you start with drawing cards, and the cards take you on a journey that requires some sort of movement, practice, or breathwork. After playing for awhile, you begin to see the pattern of cards that you keep magnetizing, therefore you develop your own unique, personal health practice!
