I’m offering a 1:1 60-minute strategy session for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin on the next step of their healing or restoration journey. These sessions are designed to gently clear the fog, anchor next steps, and connect participants to practical and energetic tools that restore clarity, vitality, and trust in their own process.

This is not a “healing session” in the traditional sense, but a grounding conversation that bridges the spiritual with the strategic. It’s especially helpful for women who are at an inflection point in their life, health, or work, and need a wise mirror and gentle guide to help them see the path forward.
