Through meditation and intuitive doodling, we’ll connect with what we are calling in and what we wish to nurture this lunar cycle.
Preparation:Bring a journal or blank paper, pens or markers, and a quiet space where you can be undisturbed. Wear comfy clothes and come ready to reflect and create.
Frequency:Every New Moon (monthly).
