Description:The New Moon marks a time of fresh beginnings and planting seeds for the cycle ahead. Join Adri for a 60-minute guided ritual to set intentions and open space for new possibilities. Through meditation and intuitive doodling, we’ll connect with what we are calling in and what we wish to nurture this lunar cycle.
Preparation:Bring a journal or blank paper, pens or markers, and a quiet space where you can be undisturbed. Wear comfy clothes and come ready to reflect and create.
