About the event
Welcome to a specialized mastermind led by Cat Lindroth, co-founder and lead facilitator of Eso Terra.
In this collaborative space, we’ll share our most trusted frameworks and hard-earned insights as facilitators, learning from and alongside one another. Together, we’ll explore essential elements of impactful facilitation such as inclusivity, clarity of instruction, thoughtful pacing, and intentional planning, while exchanging meaningful experiences from our own work in the field.
In this group, you will deepen your mastery in facilitating and sharing your core modality, and grow your capacity to lead groups with confidence, integrity, and heart. Together, we will learn to vision, plan, and facilitate group experiences with impact, sensitivity, and purpose. In so doing, together we grow our collective capacity to hold space for genuine transformation.
