In this session, will combine breathwork and astrology to support emotional balance, clarity, and self-awareness. This ceremony will be guided by the energy of the Full Moon, designed around the current astrological themes to help women connect with the natural rhythms around and within them.
These sessions are for anyone seeking emotional balance, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with themselves. It’s especially supportive for those going through personal transitions, looking to reconnect with their intuition, or exploring holistic ways of healing. No previous experience with breathwork or astrology is required—just curiosity and openness!
Through the energy of the Full Moons, utilizing the current astrological themes, I will help women connect with the natural rhythms around and within them. Through conscious breathing, reflection, and intention, women are invited to trust the intelligence of their breath, release emotional blockages, gain clarity, and integrate the lunar energy for personal growth and inner harmony.
