It’s especially supportive for those going through personal transitions, looking to reconnect with their intuition, or exploring holistic ways of healing. No previous experience with breathwork or astrology is required—just curiosity and openness!
Through the energy of the Full Moons, utilizing the current astrological themes, I will help women connect with the natural rhythms around and within them.
