Embodiment of the New Earth

Each session begins with a guided dance or movement practice to awaken the body and ground energy into the present moment. From this space of embodiment, one woman is invited into a facilitated process of self-inquiry and transformation, witnessed in loving presence by the group. Afterward, we move into a circle of resonance, where reflections emerge organically and sharing “What this brought up in me is”.

Every call closes with a short New Earth fairy tale, a story that speaks to the soul’s unfolding and reminds us that we are all walking one shared path of becoming.

This circle is a space for women who feel the call to remember their true frequency, to move energy through the body, and to meet the unknown with openness and wonder.
