About the event
Not your average book club! Join us for a deep, Eso Terra–style exploration of Beyond Anxiety by Martha Beck. Through her psycho-spiritual lens, Beck, a Harvard-trained psychologist and master life coach, invites us to understand anxiety not as something to fight, but as an inevitable force to transform. Beck builds her thesis around this reframe: anxiety keeps us stuck in survival, but creativity opens the door to something far more expansive. Drawing from modalities like Byron Katie’s The Work and Internal Family Systems, Beck offers an expansive toolbox of practices designed to move us out of the anxiety spiral and into curiosity and creative aliveness.
About this experience: We’ll meet every other week for six weeks to explore these living practices that help us gently rewiring our nervous systems. Expect guided exercises, honest and vulnerable conversation, and space to integrate what you’re learning in a way that actually sticks. W…
